The phdream44 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by Philippine law for participation in casino-style online gaming. phdream44 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process for all new registrations. Where phdream44 discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, that Account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the personal data deleted in accordance with applicable law.

phdream44 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC regulatory guidance. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
