phdream44 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided and forfeited.
Each Player may hold only one (1) phdream44 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. If you have lost access to your Account, contact phdream44 customer support rather than creating a new Account.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
phdream44 is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID) and may require proof of address and source of funds for higher-value accounts.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed. phdream44 reserves the right to suspend deposits and gameplay pending KYC completion where required by regulation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream44 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phdream44 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you. Notify phdream44 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
phdream44 accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and direct bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
phdream44 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine regulations. Any attempt to deposit through prohibited methods will be declined and may result in Account review.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phdream44 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phdream44 accepts no responsibility.
Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. Your Wallet balance represents real money available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending security review. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
phdream44 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including but not limited to enhanced source-of-funds verification — before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering obligations.
Only real-money funds (i.e., deposited funds and winnings derived from real-money wagers) are withdrawable. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
phdream44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms. Where a breach is confirmed, phdream44 may void winnings and close the Account.
phdream44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Game results are final once confirmed by the phdream44 system. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phdream44 servers, the server record shall prevail. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phdream44 Platform without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phdream44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
phdream44's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phdream44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.
